The detailed features of the "Spread-All"

spral_feature1.jpg (18787 bytes) The one step chain tightening feature is a simple but unique floor chain tightening device. Use a 1 7/8 in. socket to ratchet the device and tighten both chains in one motion. Quick and easy, not a lot of time spent in adjusting chains. Also, the chain will give longer service life when adjusted properly.

spral_feature2.jpg (21468 bytes) Box features tongue in groove composite no rust floor and sides. Rail steel cross flights are welded to double apron chains-closely spaced for added load carrying capacity. Replaceable 2 x 4 composite top rails protect the box.

spral_feature3.jpg (17811 bytes) The transport gear consists of a walking beam axle assembly which smooths out the bumps while also distributing the weight carried over two axles rather than one. This lessens the compaction and reduces pull effort. The front arm of the walking beam is longer to provide leverage to walk out of a hole or ditch easier.

spral_feature4.jpg (16776 bytes) Quick-detach features on the distribution system allows for easy removal. Simply secure a log chain to your loader and to the distributor, slide back the drive coupler and remove the two alignment pins. Store the distributor out of the way and you are ready to use the spreader as you wish. Quick reattachment and you are back in business.

spral_feature5.jpg (23340 bytes) Endgate design keeps the manure away from the distributors and from spilling, until ready to spread. Twisted concave shovels pulls the material instead of "beating" it which allows for a good distribution pattern.

spral_feature6.jpg (18813 bytes) Sliding rear coupler allows for easy removal of complete distributor assembly. Heavy duty gear boxes are equipped with tapered roller bearings for long life. Smooth running apron gear box is equipped with aluminized bronze worm gear for added service life.

spral_feature7.jpg (19294 bytes) Double V-belt with heavy cast pulleys provide smooth, quiet unloading operation together with controlled slippage. Built in visual indicator shows operator when pulley is rotating.
